WITHDRAWAL OPTIONS:
All
withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 business hours during our regular scheduled accounting hours, Monday through
Friday from 10:00 am ET to 9:00 pm ET. VIP withdrawals are processed from Monay thru Saturday and they are processed in less than 48 hours in most of the cases.
When requesting a withdrawal via check, please allow up to 5 business days before having the transaction approved and another 5 to 10 business days before the check is delivered to you.
You may place your withdrawal request at the casino cashier. Make sure to place one single withdrawal request instead of several ones as the system does not process several withdrawal requests.
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is $20.00 if for our e-wallet solutions and $50 for a check.
The maximum monthly limit for any withdrawal is $5,000.00. Payments above $5,000
will be paid out via installments not exceeding $5,000 per
month in accordance to casino policies.
For example,
a $11,500 winner will be paid $5,000 in the first month, $5,000
inthe second month and $1,500 in the third month. For security reasons and casino policies
withdrawal methods cannot be combined and only one withdrawal
will be processed at the same time. If you have a withdrawal
pending and want to cash out more winnings, please cancel
the withdrawal by visiting the cashier and request it again for a higher amount.
Our
24/7 customer service will gladly assist you on how
to proceed in order to cancel a withdtawal request and place a new one for a higher or a lower amount.
In some instances we will require that you submit a Security Form before we can start processing

CLICK2PAY withdrawals can be requested from the Casino cashier once you log into your account. It is important to mention that you need to make sure to posses an active Click2Pay account in order to be able to collect your winnings using this option.

NETeller withdrawals can be requested from the Casino cashier once you log into your account. Please keep in mind that NETeller withdrawals are only eligible for non US customers.

Express check withdrawals can be requested from the Casino cashier once you log into your account. Express Checks can be sent to any customer in any part of the World. The first check of the month (or every 30 days) is free of fee. Any other check you request within this time frame will have a deduction of $50 for covering the fees.
