Now that I've made a withdrawal request,
how long will it take for me to receive my money?
- NETeller withdrawals are processed same day!
For credit card redemptions, your money is generally credited back
to your credit card within two days of making your request. For
FedEx/overnight express check withdrawals, you can generally expect
approval within 2-3 business days, and depending on international
delivery, 3-5 days for arrival. Our general policy is to process
your redemption request within 24-72 hours of getting it, assuming
it is during normal banking hours. Wire Tranfers are approved within
3-4 days and should arrive within the next 3 days to your bank
account. These periods are based upon the assumption that you have
sent the required documents or filled out the Player Certification
(this last one is for US citizens only).

How do I receive my
money?
- The method of withdrawal you choose determines
how your money will arrive. Deposits from a cc are returned back
to your cc whenever possible and your winnings will be sent by
the method you prefer. Some methods may require you to have an
account with them such as NETeller.
